NO REFEUNDS- NO EXCEPTIONS.

Only store credit. No refunds or store credits will be issued on Sale items. 

You must contact us at: shopourglass@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your items to receive Store Credit. 

Items must be shipped out within the next business day. Items must be unwashed. Items cannot be worn-out or dirty. MUST CONTAIN ALL ORGINAL TAGS.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURNS OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bodysuits
  • Belts
  • Jewelry
  • Sale Items 
  • Sunglasses
  • Stained, worn, washed, or damaged pieces
  • Any Items sent back after 30 days of purchase 
  • Items not its original packaging, with original tags and labels.

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. We recommend using USPS for the best price and turnaround time.

You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to www.ShopOurGlass.com. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
